The comparison view covers six key areas, each presented side by side so you can spot differences at a glance.
Trading status, company type, incorporation date, registered address, and SIC codes. Quickly see how two companies differ in their basic profile.
Dual radar charts showing all five risk dimensions side by side. Compare composite scores and see which dimensions drive each company's risk profile.
Stacked bar charts breaking down signal counts by category — risk, financial, compliance, quality, and trade — for both companies.
Lists of current officers and persons with significant control. Shared directors are highlighted with badges, making it easy to spot connections.
Side-by-side SIC code listings with shared codes highlighted. Useful for confirming whether two companies operate in the same sector.
Website, contact emails, AI-generated summary, and other enriched fields compared in parallel. See where data availability differs between companies.
Shared Connections
The comparison view automatically detects and highlights connections between the two companies. This includes:
- Shared directors — individuals who serve or have served as officers at both companies, with appointment dates shown for each.
- Shared SIC codes — industry classifications that both companies have in common, indicating overlapping sectors.
- Other connections — shared registered addresses, overlapping PSC ownership, or matching entity network links where available.
These connections are particularly useful for conflict-of-interest checks, supply chain due diligence, and identifying corporate group relationships.
